Breakfast offered a wide selection, even delicious pastries. the service meant we always had ice or water refills. staff was always kind and helpful. They even carried our cases up the steps.

the access to the hotel included carrying suitcases up many stairs.

the breakfast included fresh fruit and bread and also offered freshly squeezed juice and good cappuccino. i especially liked the mushrooms with a touch of rosemary and bacon. it was a wonderful start to each day.

the staff was very attentive and always smiling, we especially remember veronica and florianne. any problems were quickly solved and they were very friendly. they were always professional and were very good too meet any request.

the rooftop swimming pool is small but it is big enough to have some strokes. the rooftop pool area and sun loungers are very good too. it was lovely to go there at the end of the day and relax.

The location was very walkable.

My room faced a wall, so natural light was minimal. Privacy was also compromised when I opened the curtains for some air. It was somewhat claustrophobic.

The room was very clean. The location is in the action, but the rooms remain quiet. Breakfast had a great selection (i really enjoyed the fresh fruit!).

The access to the hotel was a little inconvenient because of some stairs. The room was small, it had a slight musty smell. This occurred because the window faced an interior patio.
